Leah Marville has almost two decades of building a brand of excellence across multiple careers and countries. She now dedicates her life to service through educating and inspiring Visionaries, marginalized communities and brands to reach their desired transformation and success goals through the Transformation Learning Theory, NLP-focused techniques, strategy, productivity and holistic methods. She also continues to use her fashion and model platform to partner with brands.

Leah is a multi-faceted award-winning personality; dubbed by Caribbean media as A Renaissance Woman. She was discovered by a model scout at age 19 that began her international modeling career across the Caribbean, NY, South Africa and now Los Angeles. She later became one of Barbados' top performing and most celebrated Miss Barbados'. She was the youngest franchise owner of the Miss Barbados World Pageant franchise producing 4 Queens for the country and reviving the brand in Barbados. She founded the Love Campaign - an HIV/AIDS charity that received national and global acclaim. Leah is also an Attorney-at-law, having practiced across Criminal, Family, Corporate, Entertainment, Probate and Conveyancing. Some of her notable clients included The Mayor of Port of Spain, The Chairman of Piarco International Airport, National Security personnel, Caribbean and International Artists, Producers and Musicians, among many others. She has built and continues to manage Caribbean tourism products such as a Concierge company and carnival-related events. She is noted for her network and as a Caribbean connector of brands and businesses. Leah now pours her energies into wellness and personal development advocacy, infrastructure-building and education through her podcast, speaking engagements, coaching and resources such as her Yearly Personal Development and Productivity Planner. She also continues to be a model and voice for brands focused on impact.

Leah was born and raised in Barbados, has lived in South Africa, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, New York and now Los Angeles.
